ANNUAL ALUMNI LECTURE

Quite early in its life, the UIAA instituted the Alumni Lecture as an annual event in its calendar. The lecturer at every Alumni Lecture must be a highly distinguished and reputable alumnus or alumna of the University who has made a mark in his or her chosen career. Usually, the lecturer is given a free hand in the choice of the lecture topic. The lecture holds at the University of Ibadan and is chaired by the sitting Vice Chancellor of the University at the time it is holding. As a major national event of the Association, it attracts delegates of its Branches and Chapters nationwide, members of the University community and the public in and around the city of Ibadan and beyond.
